Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Two works: (i) Regressive Squirty Sauce Film; (ii) Rainbow Party on 70MM Film by Jennifer West for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,391.51). This price was achieved in the auction Under the Influence at Phillips in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Jennifer West have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in March 2017 by the work Dawn Surf Jellybowl Filmstrip 2 at USD 4,375.00 (€ 4,089.55).

Im Dezember 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Two works: (i) Regressive Squirty Sauce Film; (ii) Rainbow Party on 70MM Film von Jennifer West für GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.391,51) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Under the Influence bei Phillips in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Jennifer West wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im März 2017 die Arbeit Dawn Surf Jellybowl Filmstrip 2 mit USD 4.375,00 (€ 4.089,55).
