Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Pale, Grained And Olive Bands by Jennifer Lee was auctioned at Sothebys in London in September 2018. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 9,125.42). Admittedly, works by Jennifer Lee have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Pale, Two Speckled Shadow Rings in October last year with an auction result of GBP 63,000.00 (€ 73,394.30).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Pale, Grained And Olive Bands von Jennifer Lee kam im September 2018 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 8.125,00 (€ 9.125,42) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jennifer Lee auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Pale, Two Speckled Shadow Rings im Oktober letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 63.000,00 (€ 73.394,30).
