This artwork by Jean-Marc Bustamante achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in April 2021. In the More auction, the work Stationnaire II - 1991 sold for EUR 4,160.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jean-Marc Bustamante have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work State of grace in May this year with an auction result of EUR 40,320.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jean-Marc Bustamante erzielte im April 2021 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion More wurde die Arbeit Stationnaire II - 1991 für EUR 4.160,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jean-Marc Bustamante auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit State of grace im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 40.320,00.
