This artwork by Jean-Marc Bustamante achieved an unexpectedly high price at VAN HAM in June 2021. In the From a Universal Collector - The Olbricht Collection auction, the work Tableaux No. 16 sold for EUR 4,515.00 - well above the estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jean-Marc Bustamante have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work State of grace in May this year with an auction result of EUR 40,320.00.
Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jean-Marc Bustamante erzielte im Juni 2021 bei VAN HAM einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion From a Universal Collector - The Olbricht Collection wurde die Arbeit Tableaux No. 16 für EUR 4.515,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jean-Marc Bustamante auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit State of grace im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 40.320,00.
