Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Cabbage rose, marigold, hyacinth, poppy anemones, opium poppy, snowball and scarlet runner bean in a glass beaker on a marble ledge with auricula by Jan Frans van Dael was sold in the Old Master Pictures auction at Christies in London in December 2005. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 6,360.00 (€ 9,231.18). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan Frans van Dael achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nature Morte Aux Bouquets Dans Un Niche in May last year with an auction result of EUR 529,200.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Cabbage rose, marigold, hyacinth, poppy anemones, opium poppy, snowball and scarlet runner bean in a glass beaker on a marble ledge with auricula von Jan Frans van Dael wurde im Dezember 2005 in der Auktion Old Master Pictures bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 6.360,00 (€ 9.231,18) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jan Frans van Dael erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nature Morte Aux Bouquets Dans Un Niche im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 529.200,00.
