Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2016 Sothebys in Paris held the auction Tableaux et Dessins Anciens et du XIXe siècle, which included the work Grappe De Raisins by Jan Frans van Dael. The price achieved of EUR 20,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan Frans van Dael achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nature Morte Aux Bouquets Dans Un Niche in May last year with an auction result of EUR 529,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2016 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Tableaux et Dessins Anciens et du XIXe siècle durch, in der auch die Arbeit Grappe De Raisins von Jan Frans van Dael zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 20.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 15.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jan Frans van Dael erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nature Morte Aux Bouquets Dans Un Niche im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 529.200,00.
