Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Portrait Of Count Jean Diodati by Jean-Etienne Liotard was sold in the Master Drawings auction at Sothebys in New York in January 2016. Here, the upper estimate of USD 150,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 162,500.00 (€ 150,018.46). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean-Etienne Liotard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Dutch Girl At Breakfast in July 2016 with an auction result of GBP 4,405,000.00 (€ 5,234,092.94).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Portrait Of Count Jean Diodati von Jean-Etienne Liotard wurde im Januar 2016 in der Auktion Master Drawings bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 150.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 162.500,00 (€ 150.018,46) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean-Etienne Liotard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Dutch Girl At Breakfast im Juli 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.405.000,00 (€ 5.234.092,94).
