Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait De Madame Delphine Deligné by Jean Béraud was sold in the The Collection of Martha Hyder Online auction at Sothebys in New York in November 2018. The price achieved of USD 10,000.00 (€ 8,831.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jean Béraud achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work French bois De Boulogne in May 2016 with an auction result of USD 1,810,000.00 (€ 1,625,505.16).

Die Arbeit Portrait De Madame Delphine Deligné von Jean Béraud wurde im November 2018 in der Auktion The Collection of Martha Hyder Online bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 8.831,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jean Béraud erzielen.
