Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (Abstraction) by Jaroslav Rössler was auctioned at Bonhams in London in October this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 4,096.00 (€ 3,875.85) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jaroslav Rössler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Light Abstraction, 1923 in April 2013 with an auction result of USD 62,500.00 (€ 47,463.55).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Abstraction) von Jaroslav Rössler kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 4.096,00 (€ 3.875,85) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jaroslav Rössler erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Light Abstraction, 1923 im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 47.463,55).
