It achieved a price of EUR 3,300.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 32 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by János Mattis Teutsch achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Seeleblume in June 2018 with an auction result of GBP 43,750.00 (€ 49,444.96).

Die Arbeit The Cemetery von János Mattis Teutsch wurde im Juni 2018 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 3.300,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 32 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von János Mattis Teutsch erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Seeleblume im Juni 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 43.750,00 (€ 49.444,96).
