Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Janet Nathan was auctioned at Sothebys in London in July 2007. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 540.00 (€ 802.02) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Janet Nathan have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2009 the work Mud Flats 2 was auctioned for GBP 1,250.00 (€ 1,347.94).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Janet Nathan kam im Juli 2007 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 540,00 (€ 802,02) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Janet Nathan konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2009 die Arbeit Mud Flats 2 für GBP 1.250,00 (€ 1.347,94) versteigert.
