Artwork auctioned at 13 times the upper estimate price
The work La déesse raison by Jane Graverol was worth EUR 47,880.00 to a buyer in March last year. This price was achieved in the auction Art Impressionniste et Moderne Day Auction at Sothebys in Paris and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 3,500.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jane Graverol achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le trait de lumière in March this year with an auction result of EUR 579,975.00.

Die Arbeit La déesse raison von Jane Graverol war einem Käufer im März letzten Jahres EUR 47.880,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Art Impressionniste et Moderne Day Auction bei Sothebys in Paris erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.500,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jane Graverol erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le trait de lumière im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 579.975,00.
