Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work Two bottles by Jan van Heel for EUR 960.00. This price was achieved in the auction Pictures,Watercolours and Drawings at Christies in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan van Heel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Clown in December 2002 with an auction result of EUR 16,730.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar 2007 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Two bottles von Jan van Heel für EUR 960,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Pictures,Watercolours and Drawings bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jan van Heel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Clown im Dezember 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 16.730,00.
