A top price for Jan Jordens - as previously expected
The work Dutch Compositie by Jan Jordens was auctioned at Sothebys in Amsterdam in May 2007. The auction ended at the price of EUR 6,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Dutch Compositie is the most expensive artwork by Jan Jordens that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Dutch Compositie von Jan Jordens kam im Mai 2007 bei Sothebys in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 6.000,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00.
