In July 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Masters Evening Sale, which included the work Still Life Of Flowers In A Stoneware Vase by Jan Breughel I. The price achieved of GBP 3,845,000.00 (€ 4,568,691.80) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000,000.00 – 5,000,000.00. Other works by Jan Breughel I have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2014 the work The Garden Of Eden With The Fall Of Man was auctioned for GBP 6,802,500.00 (€ 8,580,091.30).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2016 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Masters Evening Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life Of Flowers In A Stoneware Vase von Jan Breughel I zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.845.000,00 (€ 4.568.691,80) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000.000,00 – 5.000.000,00 angegeben worden.
