The »bidding war« ended at GBP 402,200.00 (€ 479,740.24), 34% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan Breughel I achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Garden Of Eden With The Fall Of Man in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 6,802,500.00 (€ 8,580,091.30).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 402.200,00 (€ 479.740,24) und damit 34% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jan Breughel I erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Garden Of Eden With The Fall Of Man im Juli 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 6.802.500,00 (€ 8.580.091,30).
