The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 5,000.00 – 8,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 5,750.00 (€ 8,051.49) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by James Miller have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2005 the work View of Dean'S Yard, Westminster, London was auctioned for GBP 9,600.00 (€ 14,103.61).
