Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Jakub Julian Ziółkowski could be acquired at Phillips in an online auction in May last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Wired: Online Auction auction, this work without title changed hands for GBP 2,268.00 (€ 2,668.09) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jakub Julian Ziółkowski achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Olimp in December last year with an auction result of GBP 27,720.00 (€ 31,293.18).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Jakub Julian Ziółkowski konnte im Mai letzten Jahres bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Wired: Online Auction wechselte diese Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 2.268,00 (€ 2.668,09) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jakub Julian Ziółkowski erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Olimp im Dezember letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.720,00 (€ 31.293,18).
