Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Jakub Julian Ziółkowski was auctioned at Sothebys in Cologne in November 2021. It changed hands for a price of EUR 13,860.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jakub Julian Ziółkowski - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Olimp, which sold at auction in December last year for GBP 27,720.00 (€ 31,293.18).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Jakub Julian Ziółkowski kam im November 2021 bei Sothebys in Köln zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 13.860,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Jakub Julian Ziółkowski mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Olimp beobachtet, die im Dezember letzten Jahres für GBP 27.720,00 (€ 31.293,18) versteigert wurde.
