In June 2011 Christies in London held the auction South Asian Modern + ContemporaryArt, which included the work Festive Night - II by Jagannath Panda. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 73,250.00 (€ 81,037.51), 22% above the upper estimate. Other works by Jagannath Panda have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 133,000.00 (€ 84,150.59) in March 2008 for the work without title.

Im Juni 2011 führte Christies in London die Auktion South Asian Modern + ContemporaryArt durch, in der auch die Arbeit Festive Night - II von Jagannath Panda zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 73.250,00 (€ 81.037,51) und damit 22% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Jagannath Panda haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 133.000,00 (€ 84.150,59) im März 2008 für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet.
