Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work Personnage à table by Jacques Lagrange for USD 375.00 (€ 283.47). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 700.00 – 900.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jacques Lagrange achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Arbres Et Maisons - 1954 in March 2018 with an auction result of EUR 5,070.00.
