Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2012 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm, which included the work Bacchanal by Jacobus Buys. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 32,000.00 (€ 3,727.59). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jacobus Buys achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Set Of Twelve Representations Of The Months in January 2019 with an auction result of USD 62,500.00 (€ 54,566.09).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2012 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Autumn Classic Sale, Stockholm durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bacchanal von Jacobus Buys zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 32.000,00 (€ 3.727,59) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jacobus Buys erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Set Of Twelve Representations Of The Months im Januar 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 62.500,00 (€ 54.566,09).
