Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 63,000.00 (€ 58,021.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jacob van Hulsdonck achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Still Life With Plums, Grapes And Peaches In A Wicker Basket, With Cherries, Hazelnuts, A Beetle And A Butterfly On The Wooden Tabletop Beneath in January 2010 with an auction result of USD 1,874,500.00 (€ 1,351,478.01).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 63.000,00 (€ 58.021,74) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden.
