The work Dutch Landscape by Jacob Maris was sold in the Interiors auction at Christies in New York in June 2015. The »bidding war« ended at USD 9,375.00 (€ 8,405.06), 34% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jacob Maris achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work De Brug (bij Rijswijk): the bridge in October 2007 with an auction result of EUR 120,250.00.

Die Arbeit Dutch Landscape von Jacob Maris wurde im Juni 2015 in der Auktion Interiors bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 9.375,00 (€ 8.405,06) und damit 34% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jacob Maris erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit De Brug (bij Rijswijk): the bridge im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 120.250,00.
