A top price for Jack Jefferson - as previously expected
In December 2018 Christies in New York held the auction Property from the Collection of Harry W. and Mary Margaret Anderson Online, which included the work Winter 1975 by Jack Jefferson. The price achieved of USD 1,375.00 (€ 1,200.24) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Winter 1975 is the most expensive artwork by Jack Jefferson that we have observed at auctions so far.

Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.375,00 (€ 1.200,24) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.000,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden.
