Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Jaap Wagemaker was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2012. The price achieved of EUR 1,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jaap Wagemaker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work De Ruiter in November 2000 with an auction result of NLG 72,552.40 (€ 33,989.64).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Jaap Wagemaker kam im März 2012 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jaap Wagemaker erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit De Ruiter im November 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von NLG 72.552,40 (€ 33.989,64).
