Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Australian Grey Gold, Dora Creek by J. J. Hilder was sold in the Important Australian Art auction at Sothebys in Melbourne in November 2009. Here, the upper estimate of AUD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for AUD 8,400.00 (€ 5,122.13). Other works by J. J. Hilder have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of AUD 14,100.00 (€ 8,329.60) in August 2003 for the work The Jetty.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Australian Grey Gold, Dora Creek von J. J. Hilder wurde im November 2009 in der Auktion Important Australian Art bei Sothebys in Melbourne versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von AUD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für AUD 8.400,00 (€ 5.122,13) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von J. J. Hilder haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von AUD 14.100,00 (€ 8.329,60) im August 2003 für die Arbeit The Jetty beobachtet.
