The price achieved of USD 750.00 (€ 673.85) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 500.00 – 1,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, I. Untitled (Borman To Helicopter, Dec. 27) Ii. Untitled (Houston, Dec. 22, St. Christopher Episcopal Church, League City, Texas) is the most expensive artwork by Ivan Chermayeff that we have observed at auctions so far.
