Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Gondole Alla Salute by Italico Brass was sold in the ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO auction at Christies in Rome in November 2004. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 7,192.00 20% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Italico Brass - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Le ricamatrici, 1912, which sold at auction in May 2002 for EUR 21,080.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Gondole Alla Salute von Italico Brass wurde im November 2004 in der Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO bei Christies in Rom versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 7.192,00 und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Italico Brass mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Le ricamatrici, 1912 beobachtet, die im Mai 2002 für EUR 21.080,00 versteigert wurde.
