Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2016 a collector was able to acquire the work Figura femminile by Italico Brass for EUR 600.00. This price was achieved in the auction 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 800.00 – 900.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Italico Brass achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le ricamatrici, 1912 in May 2002 with an auction result of EUR 21,080.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2016 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Figura femminile von Italico Brass für EUR 600,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 800,00 – 900,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Italico Brass erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le ricamatrici, 1912 im Mai 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 21.080,00.
