Auction result misses estimated price range

In the 20th Century & Contemporary Art: Online Auction auction, this work without title changed hands for USD 5,080.00 (€ 4,609.80) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Isshaq Ismail achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nkabom 2 in March last year with an auction result of GBP 277,200.00 (€ 328,651.80).

Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Isshaq Ismail erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nkabom 2 im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 277.200,00 (€ 328.651,80).
