Sold at the lower estimate price
The work Fence 1970 ca. by Issei Suda was sold in the Fotografia auction at Il Ponte in July 2020. The result of EUR 1,100.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,100.00 – 1,400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Issei Suda achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ume-Matsuri, Ogose, Saitama' in November 2016 with an auction result of EUR 16,250.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Fence 1970 ca. von Issei Suda wurde im Juli 2020 in der Auktion Fotografia bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.100,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.100,00 – 1.400,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Issei Suda erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ume-Matsuri, Ogose, Saitama' im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 16.250,00.
