Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Isidore-Jules Bonheur achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in March 2019. In the Terracotta auction, the work Etalon sold for EUR 6,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Isidore-Jules Bonheur achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Steeplechase in December 2005 with an auction result of USD 168,000.00 (€ 141,867.93).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Isidore-Jules Bonheur erzielte im März 2019 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Terracotta wurde die Arbeit Etalon für EUR 6.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Isidore-Jules Bonheur erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Steeplechase im Dezember 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 168.000,00 (€ 141.867,93).
