A top price for Ioki Bunsai
The work Nikko Toshogu Honden by Ioki Bunsai was sold in the Japanese and Korean Art auction at Bonhams in New York in March last year. It achieved a price of USD 11,475.00 (€ 10,344.36), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 28%. With this result, Nikko Toshogu Honden is even the most expensive work of art by Ioki Bunsai that we have observed at auctions so far.
