Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Prince Igor by Ilya Sergeevich Glazunov for GBP 17,750.00 (€ 20,683.36). This price was achieved in the auction The Russian Sale at Bonhams in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 18,000.00 – 25,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ilya Sergeevich Glazunov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Russian Icarus, which sold at auction in November 2005 for GBP 31,200.00 (€ 45,836.74).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Prince Igor von Ilya Sergeevich Glazunov für GBP 17.750,00 (€ 20.683,36) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The Russian Sale bei Bonhams in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 18.000,00 – 25.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ilya Sergeevich Glazunov mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Russian Icarus beobachtet, die im November 2005 für GBP 31.200,00 (€ 45.836,74) versteigert wurde.
