Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Spanish dama Con Mantilla Y Abanico (Lady With Mantilla And Fan) by Ignacio Zuloaga for GBP 27,500.00 (€ 32,151.79). This price was achieved in the auction 19th Century European Paintings at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ignacio Zuloaga achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spanish madame Souty Reclinada En Un Sofa (Madame Souty) in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 713,250.00 (€ 832,646.34).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Spanish dama Con Mantilla Y Abanico (Lady With Mantilla And Fan) von Ignacio Zuloaga für GBP 27.500,00 (€ 32.151,79) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 19th Century European Paintings bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ignacio Zuloaga erzielen.
