Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Prima Candída by Ignacio Zuloaga was sold in the 19th Century European Art including Orientalist Art auction at Christies in London in November 2012. The price achieved of GBP 115,250.00 (€ 141,976.31) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ignacio Zuloaga have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Spanish madame Souty Reclinada En Un Sofa (Madame Souty) in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 713,250.00 (€ 832,646.34).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Prima Candída von Ignacio Zuloaga wurde im November 2012 in der Auktion 19th Century European Art including Orientalist Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 115.250,00 (€ 141.976,31) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ignacio Zuloaga auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Spanish madame Souty Reclinada En Un Sofa (Madame Souty) im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 713.250,00 (€ 832.646,34).
