Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Iain MacMillan achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in February 2021. In the British. Cool. auction, the work Bridget Riley, circa 1962 6 sold for GBP 1,785.00 (€ 2,058.66) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Iain MacMillan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Beatles, Abbey Road, 1969 in March 2020 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 22,584.10).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Iain MacMillan erzielte im Februar 2021 bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion British. Cool. wurde die Arbeit Bridget Riley, circa 1962 6 für GBP 1.785,00 (€ 2.058,66) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Iain MacMillan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Beatles, Abbey Road, 1969 im März 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 22.584,10).
