In January 2013 Christies in New York held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work Uma by Hunt Slonem. The »bidding war« ended at USD 12,500.00 (€ 9,202.00), 39% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Hunt Slonem - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Picul 131, which sold at auction in October 2021 for USD 37,800.00 (€ 32,721.61).

Im Januar 2013 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit Uma von Hunt Slonem zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 9.202,00) und damit 39% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Hunt Slonem mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Picul 131 beobachtet, die im Oktober 2021 für USD 37.800,00 (€ 32.721,61) versteigert wurde.
