Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Rabbit & Bird (Two Works) by Hunt Slonem was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in September 2020. Here, the upper estimate of USD 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 3,570.00 (€ 3,046.59). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hunt Slonem achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Picul 131 in October 2021 with an auction result of USD 37,800.00 (€ 32,721.61).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Rabbit & Bird (Two Works) von Hunt Slonem kam im September 2020 bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 3.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 3.570,00 (€ 3.046,59) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hunt Slonem erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Picul 131 im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 37.800,00 (€ 32.721,61).
