In the 19th Century European Art auction, the work A Spanish Beauty changed hands for USD 9,450.00 (€ 8,806.26) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hugues Merle achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work French Hamlet And Ophelia in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 312,500.00 (€ 267,780.63).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Hugues Merle konnte im Mai letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden.
