Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Hugh Scott-Douglas was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in New York in September 2021. It changed hands for a price of USD 11,340.00 (€ 9,795.28) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hugh Scott-Douglas have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in July 2014 with an auction result of GBP 53,750.00 (€ 67,795.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Hugh Scott-Douglas wurde im September 2021 in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in New York versteigert.
