Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 657.25 (€ 945.96) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Hugh Boycott Brown have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Suffolk Windmill; Morning At Pin Mill in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 3,840.00 (€ 5,698.37).
