Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Seven-Character Couplet In Running Scpirt by Huang Yue was sold in the Classical Chinese Painting and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in May 2017. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 5,000.00 – 10,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 5,900.00 (€ 673.70) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Yue achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy in April 2018 with an auction result of HKD 400,000.00 (€ 42,206.39).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Seven-Character Couplet In Running Scpirt von Huang Yue wurde im Mai 2017 in der Auktion Classical Chinese Painting and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 5.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 5.900,00 (€ 673,70) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Yue erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 400.000,00 (€ 42.206,39).
