Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2015 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas, which included the work Chrysanthemum by Huang Yue. The price achieved of HKD 33,040.00 (€ 3,859.95) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 28,000.00 – 48,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Yue achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy in April 2018 with an auction result of HKD 400,000.00 (€ 42,206.39).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2015 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas durch, in der auch die Arbeit Chrysanthemum von Huang Yue zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 33.040,00 (€ 3.859,95) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 28.000,00 – 48.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Yue erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 400.000,00 (€ 42.206,39).
