Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2021 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Landscape After Ni Zan by Huang Yi. The price achieved of HKD 14,160.00 (€ 1,516.05) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 10,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Yi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Heading North by Boat in Spring in April last year with an auction result of HKD 756,000.00 (€ 91,405.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2021 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape After Ni Zan von Huang Yi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 14.160,00 (€ 1.516,05) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 10.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Yi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Heading North by Boat in Spring im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 756.000,00 (€ 91.405,90).
