Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Huang Qiuyuan was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May last year. It changed hands for a price of HKD 47,880.00 (€ 5,684.38) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Qiuyuan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 1,888,000.00 (€ 207,796.70).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Huang Qiuyuan kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 47.880,00 (€ 5.684,38) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Qiuyuan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.888.000,00 (€ 207.796,70).
