Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by Huang Qiuyuan was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in February this year. The price achieved of HKD 37,800.00 (€ 4,542.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Qiuyuan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 1,888,000.00 (€ 207,796.70).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Huang Qiuyuan kam im Februar diesen Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 37.800,00 (€ 4.542,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Qiuyuan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.888.000,00 (€ 207.796,70).
