Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Calligraphy Of Heart Sutra by Huang Qiuyuan was auctioned at Christies in Shanghai in September 2019. The price achieved of CNY 36,000.00 (€ 4,618.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Qiuyuan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Landscape in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 1,888,000.00 (€ 207,796.70).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy Of Heart Sutra von Huang Qiuyuan kam im September 2019 bei Christies in Shanghai zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 36.000,00 (€ 4.618,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Qiuyuan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Landscape im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.888.000,00 (€ 207.796,70).
