Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work When The Season Changes, I Will Do(Painted In 2011) by Benrei Huang was sold in the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction at China Guardian in October this year. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 105,600.00 (€ 12,770.33), 24% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Benrei Huang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Theory of Leisure: Social Distancing Edition in April this year with an auction result of HKD 264,000.00 (€ 269,595.65).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit When The Season Changes, I Will Do(Painted In 2011) von Benrei Huang wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art bei China Guardian versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 105.600,00 (€ 12.770,33) und damit 24% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Benrei Huang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Theory of Leisure: Social Distancing Edition im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 264.000,00 (€ 269.595,65).
